Community Conversation Takeaway:

A big THANK YOU to Dr. Joe Nocera for his informative talk on research that demonstrates the ways that exercise improves brain function, especially in older adult brains. Dr. Nocera’s work reports significantly improved language and motor function after just 12 weeks of exercise! As Vivo member, Martha Legare pointed out, “Time to renew Vivo!” We couldn’t agree more.
