Specialty Trainer Class: All Levels – Chair Yoga and Beyond

Whether you are tight after your Vivo workouts, a long day gardening, or sitting at a desk too long, yoga is an excellent way to stretch and rejuvenate. Kathy’s yoga sessions help keep your muscles strong and loose to prevent injury.

 

All levels are welcome (you can do this from a chair OR on the floor).
