Specialty Trainer Class: Stretching for Runners, Hikers, and Walkers -All Levels
Walking and hiking are fantastic lower impact cardio activities. Lower impact often means longer duration for activities, which can still lead to next day aches and stiffness.
Join Joy for a stretching and mobility class designed to support your daily walk or run routine. We’ll start with pre-workout dynamic stretches to improve your range of motion, warm up the joints, and increase mobility. We’ll also cover static stretches for after your hike, to work on flexibility with already warmed muscles, and a few targeted stretches for hips, hamstrings, and calves.
Bring a water bottle and hand towel or band to use as an aid in stretching.
