How it Works
STEP 1: Goal Setting
We spend time with you to learn about your individual situation. Your goals, your limitations, your history, and the results you seek.
STEP 2: Individual Assessment
Next, we assess your current fitness to baseline your capabilities. This will allow us to track your progress as we re-assess every 8 weeks. This serves as a fabulous motivator as you can not only feel your progress but see it with real data!
STEP 3: Work the Program
Finally, alongside a certified trainer in a small group, we remotely work with you in a live, fun, interactive class to execute proper form to ensure the safety and efficacy of your program.
STEP 4: Live Your Best Life
Over the course of the program, you’ll not only build strength and improve your balance, you’ll get more confident in everything you do. Garden, hike, play golf, get on the floor and play with your grandkids… you get to choose!
