Next, based on what we learn during goal setting, we assess your current fitness and begin to develop a program specific to you.
Finally, alongside a certified trainer, we remotely work with you to execute proper form to ensure the safety and efficacy of your program.
Over the course of the program, you’ll not only build strength and improve your balance, you’ll get more confident in everything you do. Garden, hike, play golf, get on the floor and play with your grandkids… you get to choose!
